Meet the Team

Taylor Fuller, CRNA

​Taylor has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for six years working in a variety of settings including cardiac. She obtained her BSN in 2012 from Arkansas Tech University and went on to receive her Masters in Nurse Anesthesia from Arkansas State University in 2017. She says the best part of her job is being there for her patients to provide comfort and relief in one of their most stressful times. “I try to be a positive, comforting distraction as they drift off to sleep for their procedure whether it be a tooth extraction or an open heart bypass surgery. I take great pride in knowing my patients trust me to take care of them at such a vulnerable time.”

​Taylor grew up in Glen Rose, Arkansas and now resides in Bryant with her husband and two girls. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. They just welcomed their second baby girl in September.

Dr. Joshua Dilley, MD

Dr. Dilley grew up in Central Arkansas. He is received a Bachelors in Chemistry from Henderson State University. He then graduated with honors from medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He then completed a residency program in Anesthesiology at UAMS, where he served as chief resident his final year.

Following residency, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts for a fellowship program at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where he specialized in Cardiac Anesthesia. After his fellowship, he served as faculty at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School prior to returning to Arkansas in 2017. He has since worked in private practice and is comfortable performing anesthetics in many areas.
